Unfortunately I get so few books read during the school year (yay university), that I had to say only around 7. When I graduate (next year! woot!), I'll finally be able to read for fun again!! So looking forward to that. But, thinking about it, I know I've read much more than 7 books so far this yea...

Narcia Bellamy (Ravenclaw, na500, Canada)
I first heard about Harry Potter from the mother of the guy I was dating at the time. She had just read them, and her daughter was reading them. I generally avoid things if they’re “in†… I don’t like fads, but for some reason I decided to give them a try. I borrowed the whole series from her, which at the time was only the first three books, and finished them a week later. Was I ever glad that Goblet of Fire was due out in about a month!
What keeps me coming back is that I can so easily imagine myself walking in that world. I want to be a part of it, which is why I'm here.

Oh my god, you too! What do you want to study? /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> Where in England are you thinking of? I want to get a degree in Egyptology, and possibly African Religions. That means London, although there's a good Egyptology dep...

Apparently the daffodil is the plant for March, my birthmonth. The genus name is Narcissus, who was also a character in Greek mythology who fell in love with his own reflection. In character, my parents thought it was pretty, especially since it's associated with beauty. Out of character, I'm vain. ...

Bandwagon! Woo! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I'm Narcia (NAR-see-a) Bellamy (BELL-a-mee). My parents almost named me Narcissa, but they felt that this was more original. /sleep.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="-_-" border="0" alt="sle...

I've been eagerly awaiting July 1st ever since I heard about this site this past winter. I'm looking forward to being Sorted, but I'm also nervous ... I have a favourite House; what if I don't get into it? *bites nails* I'm sure I'll be fine, though ... I'm really looking forward to class, and I hop...
