Re: Flash Fiction Round 4
As I unzipped my backpack, a mischievous fairy darted out, sprinkling glitter all over my desk. "Not again!" I groaned. She giggled, and then started giving a speech about how "magic fixes everything," before vanishing into thin air. "Now, where’s my duster?" I thought. (44 words)

Re: Flash Fiction Round 4
On a cold winter's night, Shanaya sat on a cosy rug , pulling on her woollen mittens . Suddenly, a velociraptor peeked through the window, its eyes filled with curiosity. She blinked in surprise, but smiled, thinking, "Just another day with my friendly, time-travelling, neighbourhood dinosaur." (44 ...

Re: Difficult Books
Wow, so many like-minded people here. I agree with Emily, February, Maeve and Galena, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit both were very slow, and I did get bored at different points of time. But after watching the movies, I was dedicated, and finished the whole series after reading them bit by bit...

If I hadn't participated in Wizardvision on here, I would not know what Eurovision is. But, I do enjoy watching music competitions and it looks like I have found something new to look out for. Indeed, same here. I only found out about Eurovision after participating in Wizardvision 2024. I do enjoy ...

Re: Wizarding World App
The new app and the website are pretty, and has fun quizzes and all. But I still miss the old Pottermore a lot. The Diagon Alley feature, the potion making mini-game, I don't know why they didn't add those into this new version. I think they could have added them in the app at least. Other than that...

Re: Potter Pronunciations
Okay, here's a fun one. I had watched the movies first and later read the books, since I did not really like reading books when I was young. So I always used to think that the Tickling Charm's incantation is "Rictu m sempra" instead of "Rictusempra" (Ric-tuh-sem-pra) . So when I actually read the bo...

If for some reason I was unable to attend Hogwarts, I'd probably want to attend either the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the United States of America and get sorted into the house Wampus over there, or the Indrajala Wizarding Institute in India and get sorted into the house Simha o...

I'll have to go with Ravenclaw, because I think I do have a lot of Ravenclaw qualities, for example, I like to solve riddles and other sorts of puzzles, I study a lot, etc.
