Weekdays - 2 pm to 7 pm HOL time
Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays - after 2 am HOL time
Weekends - after 11 pm HOL time

Reffing Availability: Pending life happenings/needs that arise-

Weekdays Monday-Thursday- after 6PM PST and before a start time of 8/8:30PST
Saturdays -9-11:00AM PST start time (Not available September 14th or September 21st)
Sundays- after 12Noon PST and before a start time of 8PM PST

In general terms (of course, vagaries of Muggle life may change things around), my availability looks as follows:
-On weekdays (Mon-Fri) I will be unavailable before midnight HOL time. I will nearly always be able to start a match sometime between 4 and 6 AM HOL (technically the next day in HOL time) and may be able to start matches in the 11 PM to 4 AM HOL range depending on other circumstances.
-On weekends, I strongly prefer not to play before 6 PM HOL, though I might be able to make it out there as early as 4 or even 3 for a special occasion. I will remain available, more or less, until a start time around 6 AM HOL... but again the specifics are very variable.
