Abbie Anderson wrote:Myself? I'm a fan of the classic thrilllers.

1) The Exorcist

2) The Shining

3) Frailty (new, but unbelieveable)

4) Panic Room

5) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (which whether or not it was meant to be WAS a comedy)
Have to agree, Frailty was amazing, was never a big Bill Paxton fan, this movie changed that.
The Exorcist terrifies me, but I was raised Catholic so I believe I have an inborn irrarional fear of the devil.
The Shining scares me as well, but I was nine when my mom took me to see it (she wasn't the brightest woman, I'm still working it out in therapy)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre instilled me with a great dread of power tools, but I think that is a good thing.

I'm not sure if anyone's said this but - Princess Bride is awesome. It's the sweetest, funniest movie.

I love movies that are classics--like the Disney series and whatnot. I really like the good movies that get Academy Awards!

I love the movies Spirited Away, and A Beautiful Mind...hehe and American Beauty. and the LOTR movies...

And of course the Harry Potter movies--I don't know why they never won any awards--well from the USA anyhoo, I dunno about the UK.
