Dear Students, your headmaster is on a two-day wizard congress and won't be able to reply to owls on time - please be a little patient. The HOL Students List will be updated again on Thursday - please don't urge me, as I'm already quite old and I need some days to rest on this nice wizard congress.

Dear Students, the Sorting Ceremony will take place between August 13 and August 30. If you are on vacation, or if you already know that you won't be able to put on the Sorting Hat in these two week, please go to the Headmaster's Office and send an owl to me or my deputies.

Because of the incredible number of student registrations so far (1,300 in four days), we've decided to publish all Student-ID's on the HOL Students List. Please note, your Student-ID -- that you will need for putting on the Sorting Hat later in August -- will NOT be e-mailed to you anymore. Please find it next to your name in the HOL Students List.

The HOL Students List is now available. If your name is on, your registration was successful, even if the owl with the Sorting Hat Code has not arrived yet (this may take a few days).

The first owl has been sent to all pre-registered students today! If you haven't received it by Saturday, then you are not subscribed to the HOL-Office newsletter. Then, please click on the link at the end of the Student Registration form.

Dear Students,
We are pleased to inform you that HOL is developing well. If you have registered as a student and confirmed your registration with the system (sent the required email back), then you are now subscribed to the HOL-Office newsletter.
You will get some owls (emails) over the next couple of weeks, when we do some surveys to set up HOL in the best possible way. I will pin a message here in the Great Hall board when the first owl has been sent. If you then don't get the owl, you are not subscribed to HOL-Office properly.
But that is not really a problem, as you will be able to enroll in HOL, even if you are not subscribed to the newsletter. Just visit the Great Hall during the summer for news and updates on HOL.
Term begins on September 1. We will start the sorting procedure and course set-up approximately two weeks earlier, though.
