Prof. Atlas wishes to let her students know that the mid-term exam for the HP Book Analysis class has been posted. All current students are required to take the exam. Incoming students may begin working on September -December's lessons and assignments; class will fully resume in February. Students are also reminded to check the class forum regularly for updates and information.
As Prof. Caesar is currently moving, second-term lessons and the first-term exam for her Latin for Spells class may be slightly delayed. However, everything should be up and ready by 10 January, 2003.

A message from the Headmaster:
HOL is a school community based on the model of Hogwarts. You can only have ONE identity in HOL - just one. You can't "play" two students in the same house, and for sure not in different houses. I've discovered some few doubles today, and I would prefer if those of you, who meant to sign-up twice or more would PM me personally and tell me which identity you want to keep and drop the others immediately. If not, I will inform your head of house and they will then decide what they want to do. Fair play and honesty is what I care most for, just to let you know.
Prof. de Avalon has been named Assistant Head of House for Slytherin.
Be sure to sign up for the holiday Secret Santa project! More details can be found in this post on the main HOL forum.
