Fogs Overcome England: Dementors Are Spawning, Watch Out!

The unseasonable chilly mists in the middle of last July, the growing numbers of occupants of the 4th floor of St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, the sheer number of missing and/or deceased people both of wizard and muggle kind, all point to something which the Minister of Magic, Rufus Scrimgeour, has recently acknowledged. The dementors are spawning, in vast and hitherto never before observed numbers.

Ghost of Bertha Jorkins Haunts Ministry of Magic

The Ministry's Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures: Spirit Division was forced to take action against the late Bertha Jorkins, a former Ministry employee this week. Jorkins inexplicably returned to her office at the Department of Magical Games and Sports a few years after her death. Now, as her ghost affirms, she is currently dead. Unfortunately she can not remember where she has been.
