Changing your Email Address

Email addresses can be changed at any time from within the HOL Office.

  • Login to the Main Entrance Hall
  • Click your name in the black browser bar at the top of the page.
  • Click the arrow next to "My Settings" in the boxes on the right-hand of the screen.
  • Click on 'Change Email Address'.
  • Enter the new email address

Also, please change your email in the HOL Forum (click on 'My Controls' in the menu bar) and your Common Room forum.

In addition, contact your house prefect so your address can be changed for your house newsletter and other purposes.
