Changing your HOL Name

HOL Names can be changed only for a valid reason. One example is if a student accidentally used their real name as their HOL Name.

Please do not ask for a name change just because you don't like your name anymore. A name change is a lot of work, from changing your student file to your HOL forum and common room accounts.

If you have a valid reason for a name change, send an email to the Head Office that includes:

  • a reason for the change
  • your Student-ID
  • your old HOL name
  • your desired new HOL name

Send the owl from the email address you've registered with or else your name will not be changed (if not, anyone could ask to change your name without your approval).
