Timeline
Well, I joined HOL in the summer of 2007 and I have been on here ever since. Over the past months, I have met some wonderful people. I am now a third year and quite proud. Go me! On top of being a student, I am now a prefect I am a member of the Slytherin quidditch team (beaters rule). I am a class assistant for the Monsters in Cinema class. Hopefully, I can be with this site for many years to come.

Family Background: I am the daughter of Thanatos and Zoe Marin. My father is a business man among other things and my mom now stays at home. She used to be an unspeakable for the Ministry. They do not have any other children which is fine for me. Some may call my parents mean or evil but I view them as my heroes. I love them both for making me the person I am and for being rich. My family had to change our names after the fall of the Dark Lord. Some say it was because we were blood traitors, others say it was because we were death eaters on the run. Only we know the truth and trust me, we are not blood traitors. *winks*
Brief Personal History: What can I say, every since I was old enough to handle a wand, I was casting spells. They taught me the ways of many things which are my secrets. After growing up with personal tutors my whole life, I finally received my letter to Hogwarts. I was sorted into Slytherin, just like everyone in my family and I am enjoying every minute of it.
Physical Description: I am a light brown skinned with beautiful brown eyes. I have medium length brown hair that shapes my face.I am a average height at 5'5.
Personality: Ah, I am somewhat pleasant. I give people the benefit of the doubt which mean I will not hate you when I first meet you. But you only have 1 strike then you are on my bad list. I am spoiled and happy to be so. I can be mean at times but thats only when I am agitated or if I am surrounded with less than normal people. I have a short fuse sometimes and little patience other times.
Special Possession: Well one of them is a necklace given to me by one of my parents' fellow death eaters. It was for good luck.
Best Magical Talent: Wand work (Casting spells and such) and potions (I love the smell of a simmering cauldron)
Worst Magical Talent: Astronomy (stars..yuck!), Divination (I dont have the seeing eye),

Hey all! Well, this is the section where I tell you about myself. I guess you all who are reading are worthy enough for this info so here we go.
My name is Daphne and that is all you can get. I am a 23 year old University graduate. I received my degree in Statistics and I hope I can just find a job soon. If all else fails, I will go to a police academy and become a cop. I worked at a great place called Build-a-Bear workshop and I enjoy working there. If you have one near you, check it out, it is a fun place. I would love to take a two week trip to Europe. I would like to spend one week in England and one week in Ireland. I would also like to learn the languages: Ancient Egyption and Gaelic.
Family: I have 2 little sisters who I adore. Two wonderful parents who have supported me through everything.
Likes: Watching Nip/Tuck, Bones, Law and Order SVU, Angel and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Cooking, playing sports (basketball and football), being with my friends,and playing video games (all guitar heroes, rock band and my Nintento Wii). I also like rock music from 80's hits to the 80's hair bands to metal. I am a big Backstreet Boys fan and I will always be one.
Dislikes: Where do I begin...dogs, cats, bugs, chocolate, pie, cake, cookies, and so much more
Greatest Fears: Not being able to accomplish anything,rejection, Dogs.
Dreams for the future: To be successful, rich and to have a great family.
Other: Well, I have a morbid fascination with vampires. I have read up on their lore and enjoy watching vampire movies. I also have a thing for men with accents. I love an English or Irish accent, they melt my heart. I also enjoy writing fanfictions even though I do not let anyone read them. I am not comfortable enough in my writing to let anyone else read them but once I get over that hump, I will put some of my stories out there. Let's see, anything else interesting about me? Oh, I happen to find David Boreanaz and James Marsters very hot and both of them are my dream men. If you don't know who they are, look them up. You won't be disappointed.
