I play guitar, classical guitar, recorder (which I hate), and vocal chords *g*. For those of you who don't know what a classical guitar is, it's played on an acoustic guitar that's a little smaller than regular acoustics, and you play notes AND chords.

One good series is the Sevenwaters Trilogy. I'm only about halfway through the first book (Daughter of the Forest) but I absolutely love it! They're in the fantasy genre, but they're very solidly based in Celtic mythology and history.

Harry Potter is a close second, with Series of Unfortunate Events a close third, but my favourite series is Lord of the Rings. People think I'm crazy when I tell them I've read the books 5 times....
