Vic told me she and her brother are having trouble being signed into the HOL forum at the same time. Sorry for being such a problem child but here it is..
So My sister signed up on my laptop of feb.1st then she decided that she didn't like it and quit(She's a bit temperamental) but then I help my friend sign up on my laptop later in the week and her account was deleted as I think a double sign up

Setting your account data to 'Quit HOL' is the equivalent of the account being removed. Handbook ---> Leaving HOL
