Class Assistants

Professors and students teachers are now only allowed to have an assistant if their class has 10 or more members signed up and approved by October 15(for fall; March 15 for spring). If you do not meet this requirement at that date, you will be expected to handle the class without an assistant. All other rules relating to assistants still apply.

If you feel as though there is an aspect of your class or an extenuating circumstance that warrants an exception to this rule, please email the Head Office at headoffice @ hol.org.uk (without the spaces) and state the reasons why you believe an exception should be granted. Your request will be reviewed by the HO and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
